Organizational Memory
Organisational Memory is the availability of business research data, workflow information,
contacts information and the skills how to achieve them.
Knowledge organisation addresses the entire memory of an organization - be it
stored in user "heads" or in distributed computer systems.
The business object (atomic unit within the organizational memory) captures the following types of meta data information: organization name, ID, description, user information, positions, responsabilities, access privileges, hierarchy, relationships, skills information, superiors, subordinates, parent orgs., sub orgs, etc.
Our services classify and optimize application data for their reuse in new business contexts (see CBR - Case Based Reasoning method).
Providing automatized memory strutures time consuming workflow frictions and dispensable administration actions will be reduced to a minimum.
This further implies a better awareness for the relationship between business activities, knowledge, resources, and cost management.
